There are several things to keep in mind before you book in any equipment for repair.

  • The current wait time is 48 hours.
  • All parts fitted in the process of repair have a 3 month warranty.
  • After authorising your repair quote, payment is due before any equipment can be dispatched back to you.
  • Software updates will be performed on all equipment unless you specify otherwise in your issue description.

Please choose the type of ticket you'd like to create from the dropdown box below. Please use the correct option to prevent any delay in processing your repair:

  • Repair - You need your equipment repaired and you don't have a valid Heliguy Repair Refresh Policy.
  • Service - You've paid for a Drone Service on our website and want to send your drone into us to be serviced.
    • Please Note - We cannot service aircraft that are not included in the dropdown list on the relevant product on ( We can no longer service Phantom 2 or Phantom 3 range drones - so stop the process here if you own one of those models and contact our sales team on 0191 296 1024 for a refund.
  • Trade In - If you'd like to send equipment to us in order to trade it in for Ewallet credit on the Heliguy website.
  • Repair Refresh Policy - You purchased a Repair Refresh policy when you purchased your drone from Heliguy and you'd like to make a claim.
  • Coverdrone - You need to repair your equipment under your Coverdrone policy offered by John Heath insurance.
