If your repair is not deemed to be under warranty or covered by a valid Heliguy Repair Refresh policy, a minimum £39.00 inspection fee applies. The scheme of charges are below:
- Optional Collection Charge - £15 inc VAT
- Labour charged at 0.5 hourly rate - £39.00 inc VAT
- Return Postage - £15 inc VAT
Fixed Service Charges
Serial numbers will be checked against our records. UAS equipment supplied by heliguy™ will qualify for a discounted service rate.
- Small Service - £159 / £99 Discounted Rate.
- Medium - £299 / £149 Discounted Rate.
- Heavy-lift - £499 / £249 Discounted Rate.

- Small -: DJI Mini Series, DJI Mavic Series, DJI Air Series, DJI Phantom Series, DJI Neo Series, DJI Flip Series, DJI Avata Series, DJI FPV.
- Medium - DJI Matrice 4 Series, DJI Matrice 30 Series; DJI Inspire Series, Matrice 3D Series, Matrice 4D Series.
- Heavy-lift - DJI Matrice 300 Series including 350 RTK, DJI Matrice 200 Series.
Lead Times
Inspection and repair times are dependant on individual cases and the weather conditions for test flights.
Heliguy endeavors to inspect repairs within 24 -72 hours of receipt.
Please be aware we are unable to repair any items that are considered damaged by liquid - if water damage is verified, a replacement will be recommended.
